Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ZetaTech handles information in DishQuest: World Food Trivia (Android package com.zetatech.dishquest).
Information we process
- An anonymous Firebase user identifier is created so cloud backup can work without requiring Google sign-in.
- If you choose Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication processes your Google account identifier, email address, and available profile name and photo.
- Cloud save may contain completed dish identifiers, hearts, hints, language, theme, tutorial, sound, haptic, motion, active-adventure preferences, and synchronization timestamps.
- The app also stores gameplay progress and preferences locally on your device.
Why we use it
We process this information to operate the game, preserve and restore progress, provide optional cross-device backup, secure accounts, and respond to support or deletion requests.
Service providers and advertising
DishQuest uses Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore for identity and cloud save, and Google AdMob for rewarded and occasional interstitial advertising. Depending on consent and device settings, AdMob may process IP-derived approximate location, product interactions, diagnostics, and device or advertising identifiers for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. We do not publish player information.
Retention and deletion
Cloud account data is retained while the account remains active. A linked user can permanently delete the DishQuest account, owned cloud save, and local gameplay progress from Settings. Local app preferences may remain until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
If you cannot access the app, follow the account deletion instructions.
Security
Service connections use encryption in transit. Firestore rules restrict each player document to its authenticated owner. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
DishQuest is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The effective date identifies the current version.

- يُنشأ معرّف مستخدم مجهول في Firebase لتمكين النسخ الاحتياطي السحابي دون فرض تسجيل الدخول عبر Google.
- إذا اخترت تسجيل الدخول عبر Google، تعالج Firebase Authentication معرّف حسابك وبريدك الإلكتروني واسم ملفك الشخصي وصورته المتاحة.
- قد تتضمن النسخة السحابية معرّفات الأطباق المكتملة والقلوب والتلميحات وتفضيلات اللغة والمظهر والمرشد والصوت والاهتزاز والحركة والمغامرة الحالية وتوقيتات المزامنة.
- يحفظ التطبيق تقدم اللعب والتفضيلات محليًا على جهازك أيضًا.
سبب استخدام المعلومات
نعالج هذه المعلومات لتشغيل اللعبة وحفظ التقدم واستعادته وتوفير النسخ الاحتياطي الاختياري عبر الأجهزة وتأمين الحساب والاستجابة لطلبات الدعم أو الحذف.
مزودو الخدمة والإعلانات
يستخدم DishQuest خدمتي Google Firebase Authentication وCloud Firestore للهوية والحفظ السحابي، ويستخدم Google AdMob لتقديم إعلانات بمكافأة وإعلانات بينية محدودة. وفق خيارات الموافقة وإعدادات الجهاز، قد يعالج AdMob الموقع التقريبي المستنتج من عنوان IP وتفاعلات المنتج ومعلومات التشخيص ومعرّفات الجهاز أو الإعلان لأغراض الإعلان والقياس ومنع الاحتيال. لا ننشر معلومات اللاعبين.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
تُحفظ بيانات الحساب السحابي ما دام الحساب نشطًا. يمكن للمستخدم المرتبط حذف حساب DishQuest ونسخته السحابية المملوكة وتقدم اللعب المحلي نهائيًا من الإعدادات. قد تبقى تفضيلات محلية حتى مسح بيانات التطبيق أو إلغاء تثبيته.

الأمان
تستخدم اتصالات الخدمات التشفير أثناء النقل، وتقصر قواعد Firestore الوصول إلى سجل اللاعب على مالكه المصادق عليه. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل مضمونة الأمان بالكامل.
الأطفال
التطبيق مخصص لمن تبلغ أعمارهم 13 عامًا فأكثر، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال دون 13 عامًا.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير التطبيق أو خدماته، ويحدد تاريخ السريان الإصدار الحالي.
